Admissions Process
- 1Submit registration form with supporting documents including health records, proof of identity, birth certificate, school reports, and references. 2) Year level placement follows age as of October 31. 3) Primary applicants complete a trial day; secondary applicants take CAT4 and language placement tests plus an admissions interview. Year 11 requires mathematics placement; Year 12 requires completion of Year 1 of IB DP at current school. 4) Admissions staff and divisional heads review applications; parents notified within approximately two weeks. Upon admission, finalise enrollment by submitting outstanding documents and payment. 5) Waiting lists apply when spaces are unavailable.

Global Jaya has a house system with house competitions held throughout the year. Every student and teacher is allocated to a house and a house captain leads the house to promote inclusive participation and school spirit. The Hawks is a named house within the system.
The canteen provides a balanced, healthy menu with Indonesian, Asian and Western options, including package meals, à la carte items, and a café-style selection. Vegetarian options are available, and meals can be delivered to Kindergarten through Year 2 classrooms. All transactions are cashless and the canteen operates from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Free drinking water is available at multiple locations across the campus.
