Admissions Process
- 1Create an account on GISW's application portal and submit the online application with required documents. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis subject to availability. 2. The Admissions Office reviews the application; decision is posted in the portal within four to six weeks. GISW cannot accept new students in Grade 12. 3. School Day
Preschool morning program runs 8:00–13:15; morning plus afternoon program runs 8:00–14:45; morning plus afternoon plus extended care runs 8:00–16:45. School day for SEL through Grade 12 includes afternoon program until 15:15; extended care runs 15:15–16:45. Health Room operates weekdays 7:45am–3:15pm.
Student Life
The school does not require a uniform.
Lunch is provided through SageDining. Meals are prepared daily with allergen labeling on the online menu and in the cafeteria. Lunch must be signed up for during the admissions process and is served daily in the cafeteria for Grades 1 through 12; preschool meals are prepared daily in the cafeteria with preschoolers eating in classrooms. Annual cafeteria fee is USD 1,260.

The Counselor for Grades 5–12 provides individual and group counseling, classroom guidance, student observation, responsive counseling, college counseling, referrals, and parent and teacher support. Programs include drug awareness, assertiveness training, peer mediation, and crisis intervention. Crisis hotlines and community mental health resources are provided. The Counselor for Grades 1–4 addresses problems and conflicts during office hours and coordinates parent meetings. The GREIF token reward system promotes positive social values in elementary school.
The Health Room serves preschool through Grade 12 and operates weekdays 7:45am–3:15pm. Health forms are submitted before admission; families receive access to Magnus Health to store medical documents. Immunization requirements are listed and updated for ongoing compliance. Anti-bullying policy and safeguarding-related resources are included in counseling materials.
