- 1Access the Inquiry and Application Form at gwa.ac.ma, submit the inquiry, verify email, and complete the OpenApply dashboard checklist. 2. Submit required documents: recent photo, applicant passport, birth certificate, parent passport or ID, school records for the two most recent years, and teacher evaluations. 3. Submit the application fee (MAD 1,200) to the Billing Office. 4. All admissions documents must be submitted at least five business days before the scheduled testing date. 5. After document submission, the admissions team schedules the admissions test (WIDA/MAP) and interview; the Admissions Committee reviews the completed application and determines acceptance, further screening, or denial.

Daily hours vary by division: Discovery 8:30 A.M.–3:00 P.M.; Pre-K 8:30 A.M.–3:10 P.M.; Kindergarten 8:00 A.M.–3:10 P.M.; Primary School 8:00 A.M.–3:20 P.M.; Secondary School 8:00 A.M.–3:30 P.M. Ramadan hours apply with shortened schedules across all divisions. Wednesdays and Early Release Days also have shortened schedules as published in school calendars.
Student Life
Senior School students wear a white GWA polo shirt with navy formal trousers (boys) or navy formal trousers/skirt (girls). A GWA Senior School Jacket is worn on Fridays only. Shoes must be black with a solid back and leather-like upper. Grooming guidelines cover hair, jewellery, and fragrance; a large water bottle is required each day.
Freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. The lunch program is in-house and follows health and sanitary standards. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, and dietary accommodations can be arranged upon request. Canteen payments are made with pre-paid cards.
