Admissions Process
- 1Registration: Contact the school registration team at [email protected] or [email protected] for eligibility and year-level guidance. 2. Application: Complete the online application with supporting documents and pay a non-refundable AED 525 administration fee. 3. Acknowledgement: A reference number is issued within 2 working days of submission. 4. Assessment: Interviews or assessments are scheduled after application and payment. Early Years students are not assessed but must be fully toilet trained and able to communicate verbally. Years 1–3 require an entrance assessment in Mathematics and English; Years 4–6 and Years 7–11 use CAT4 assessments; Years 12–13 admissions consider prior reports and interviews with the IB Coordinator. Priority is given to siblings, Habtoor residents, then general applicants. 5. Offer: A formal offer is made following successful assessment and confirmed seat availability. Parents have 7 working days to pay and sign the acceptance form and parent-school contract. 6. Enrolment: New IBDP parents are contacted to discuss subject options; term dates, calendar, uniform requirements and communication system details are shared at enrolment.

School Day
A typical school day runs from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday, with Fridays ending earlier at around 12:00 pm.
Student Life
The Primary section uses a House system with leadership roles such as House Captain and Deputy Captain, in a newly revised structure. Students participate in house-based activities and events as part of school life.
EY1–EY2: blue polo shirt with school logo and navy shorts or trousers. Years 1–6: navy trousers or shorts with a blue and white striped shirt and school logo. Years 7–13: navy or black trousers with a white shirt and navy V-neck jumper for cooler days; ties required for Years 12–13. A navy cap is worn for outdoor play. Uniform items are sold through RIGHT FIT READYMADE GARMENTS; costs range from AED 200 to AED 1,200.
A canteen is available on site; canteen expenses range from AED 100 to AED 2,000 per year depending on usage.

Wellbeing & Safety
The school places wellbeing at the heart of the community with school counsellors, a zero-tolerance anti-bullying stance, positive behavioural approach, and e-safety education. Two school counsellors and two designated safeguarding leads are in place, with an open-door policy for families requiring support.
