Admissions Process
- 1Contact the Head of School at 04 93 44 75 44 or [email protected] to arrange an appointment. Complete and submit the enrollment dossier with required documents. After review of the dossier and an interview with the family and child, admission will be offered subject to available space. For primary classes, level assessments may be decided after dossier review. Online pre-registration is available. Required documents include: completed enrollment form signed by both parents, 2 passport photos, family record book, health record (vaccinations), certificate of withdrawal and school records (for primary), bank details, proof of custody arrangement, civil liability and personal injury insurance, medical certificate of fitness for sport (for primary), and the full enrollment fee.

School Day
The school year runs from September to the end of June. The school is open 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Preschool sessions run 8:45 a.m.–11:15 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. for most classes; Pandas and Koalas run 8:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.–4:20 p.m. Primary classes run 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:45 p.m.–4:40 p.m. (CP/CE1) and 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–4:50 p.m. (CE2–CM2). Before/after-school care is available: Preschool 7:30–8:45 and 4:30–6:30; Primary 7:30–8:30 and after-school care until 5:20–6:00 depending on year group. Baby-Club and Mini-Club operate on Wednesdays and during school holidays. A Summer Club operates in July.
Student Life
School uniform is obligatory; the dress code is blue and white. Primary uniforms are blue and white. Smocks are mandatory for preschool with color coding by class: Chicks – yellow, Rabbits – orange, Squirrels – red, Pandas – green, Koalas – blue. Smocks must be ordered before April 15 through Sofrenchschool.
Mealtimes are a convivial part of the day. Meals and snacks are provided. Weekly menus are posted. A cook prepares daily healthy and well-balanced meals. Special diets can be catered for on doctors' orders with a medical certificate. Children are not allowed to bring sweets or snacks to school.
