Year 1 applications open in September of the prior year; other year levels accepted on a rolling basis. 2. Applications are reviewed by ESF's central admissions office; students may be invited for interview or assessment. Priority given to ESF staff children, ESF kindergarten transfers, and siblings. 3. Successful applicants receive an offer letter and must confirm within the stated timeframe and pay a refundable two-month tuition deposit. 4. After deposit and documents are received, the place is confirmed; tuition billed monthly via autopay from September.

House System

CWBS uses a four-house system named after Chinese dragons: Jialong, Shenlong, Dilong, and Yinglong. Each house has two captains (one boy and one girl) and two vice-captains (one boy and one girl), selected by teachers to lead house activities and weekly House Cup points.

Uniform

Daily uniform required: girls wear navy skirt or trousers with logo; boys wear navy shorts or trousers with logo; white socks and black shoes; jumper and windbreaker as appropriate; CWBS hat (Legionnaires or Australian style) for outdoor activities.
