- 1Step I: Inquiry via OpenApply platform; Step II: Submission of required documents including school records, birth certificate, health forms, and passport copies for non-Filipino applicants; Step III: Submission of application form and non-refundable Application Fee (PHP 12,000); Step IV: Initial evaluation of documents and payment of reservation fee (PHP 50,000); Step V: Entrance assessment (academic proficiency test for Grade 2 and up, EAL assessment if needed, classroom observation for Preschool–Grade 1); Step VI: Principal's interview and enrollment confirmation; Step VII: Payment of school fees per Statement of Accounts; Step VIII: Student begins classes at least one working day after payment clearance; Step IX: Returning students complete re-enrollment form and pay PHP 40,000 reservation fee.

School Day
The school year runs from August to June. After-school activities run in the late afternoon, with ISAC practices scheduled after the regular school day. Open-campus events and calendars are published on CIS pages.
Student Life
CIS uses a house system with four houses: Narra, Molave, Acacia, and Mahogany. House Activity Day (HAD) activities are run through these houses.
The campus includes a canteen on site. For boarders, the CIS Residence provides a dining/multi-purpose hall with a full-service kitchen operated by a concessionaire, serving full-board meals.
