Admissions Process

  1. 1Determine eligibility and grade placement using age-based cutoff (December 31). 2. Prepare grade-specific application package including Application for Admissions, Confidential Teacher Recommendation, Student Health Record, proof of birth, photo, and transcripts. 3. Submit application package to [email protected] with proof of application fee payment. 4. Pay non-refundable application fee of JPY 35,000 by bank transfer. 5. Undergo grade-appropriate assessments: Kindergarten applicants complete home-based worksheets and a family interview; Elementary–High School applicants sit the MAP Test (English and Math), write a short English essay, and attend a family interview. 6. Receive admission decision by email and postal mail. 7. Pay registration fee (JPY 300,000) and Building Development Fee (JPY 600,000) to secure the seat. 8. Complete enrollment once all fees are settled.

Waitlist Policy

No formal waitlist or pool system is published. Admissions are year-round and subject to seat availability at each grade level. Seats are allocated based on available space rather than a numbered waiting list.

School Day

School day starts at 8:45 am. Hours are 8:45 am–3:05 pm for Kindergarten–Grade 6 (five instructional blocks) and 8:45 am–3:35 pm for Grades 7–12 (six instructional blocks).

Uniform

Uniforms are required at all times during school hours and activities, must be unaltered and properly fitting, and purchased from the vendor of record. Three uniform sets are prescribed: Formal Uniform (navy blazer, grey slacks or green skirt, white dress shirt, necktie, optional sweater vest, black loafers), Everyday Uniform (navy blazer, grey slacks/shorts or green skirt, white dress shirt or white polo in warm months, optional sweater vest, black loafers), and PE Uniform (PE t-shirt, track pants or shorts, running shoes). Hats are prohibited.
