Wellbeing & Safety
BISP promotes wellbeing through five interconnected dimensions: physical and mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive. Primary students have a dedicated weekly wellbeing lesson; Secondary students receive year-group specific sessions. A team of trained counsellors supports students and parents, provides therapeutic services, and contributes to safeguarding. Parent wellbeing workshops are offered, and staff wellbeing is supported through an open-door policy and access to counselling.
BISP defines safeguarding as all actions taken to promote student welfare and protect children from harm, aligned with UNICEF's child protection definition.
