Admissions Process

  1. 1Complete the Application Form online. 2. The admissions team contacts the applicant within two working days to acknowledge receipt and outline next steps. 3. The child is invited to an assessment at the school. 4. Supporting documents are submitted to [email protected], including birth certificate, passport, visa, Oman ID (child and parents), four passport photos, previous school reports, and required attestations. 5. A Transfer Certificate must be submitted before the student starts school. Age criteria are applied as of 1 September.

School Day

The school week runs Sunday to Thursday. KG1–KG2: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; Grades 1–4: 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; Grades 5–12: 7:20 a.m. to 2:10 p.m. Gates open at 7:00 a.m. and all children should be in by 7:25 a.m.

Student Life

Uniform

Uniforms are required and available for purchase on campus. The uniform set includes a short-sleeve or long-sleeve shirt, trousers for boys, skirts for girls, and a PE kit. Uniforms are sold at the Al Khuwair campus on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
