Admissions Process
- 1Submit enquiry online; a Parent Relations Executive will respond within 2 working days to help with next steps. 2. Schedule a tour or meeting with the Senior Leadership team to learn more about the Academy. 3. Submit a completed application; the Admissions Team will be in touch within 2 working days. 4. After a successful assessment, an offer of a place is made within 2 working days; once the offer is accepted and the registration fee is paid, enrolment proceeds.
Admissions Details
School Day
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 3:00pm. Friday: 7:30am to 12:00pm. A mid-day break and lunch period are included in the timetable.
Student Life
A school uniform is required for all students. Uniforms can be purchased online or in person at Magrudy, Al Wahda Mall.
The school canteen provides hot and cold lunches. The menu is planned with dieticians to meet ADEK standards and to use fresh ingredients; themed days are held to promote healthy eating.
Wellbeing & Safety
The school provides counselling and mental health support through designated Counsellors/Mental Health Leads. A full-time school nurse supports health-related wellbeing during the day. Pastoral care is led by the Director of Student Affairs. CPOMS is used for safeguarding data and ongoing monitoring of student wellbeing.
Zero-tolerance approach to maltreatment. Roles include a Designated Safeguarding Lead/Child Protection Coordinator and Deputy Safeguarding Leads. Staff training, safe recruitment, whistleblowing procedures, and the CPOMS safeguarding platform are mandated. Annual policy reviews and collaboration with external agencies.
