Admissions Process
- 1Complete the application form (downloadable from the AIS Osaka website, online, or by phone/email). 2) Submit the form with required documents including child's photo; documents may be submitted up to one year before planned entry. 3) Document screening, placement test, and interview — the school contacts applicants with the interview date. 4) Admission decision notification; successful applicants must complete enrolment by the designated deadline. 5) Enrolment and start of school life.
Admissions Details
No formal waitlist policy is published. Most children are admitted by August; if vacancies exist, the school admits students throughout the year. No application is processed until all required documents are submitted.
School Day
Nursery/ELC: 9:00–15:15; Primary School: 8:30–15:15; Middle School: 8:20–15:15. After-School Clubs run 15:20–16:00. Morning care available from 8:00–8:30; After School Care from 15:30–18:00.
Student Life
A uniform is required for Middle School students. Uniforms are ordered online; sizes can be tried via samples and size charts available in the school office; delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks.
Lunch is provided through a catering service with healthy, balanced meals ordered monthly via a calendar in advance. Parents may choose between providers (Manpuku at JPY 500/meal or Children First at JPY 600–700/meal) or bring their own lunch.
